Dispatch time

In-stock items are dispatched from our Mumbai studio within 24–48 hours of payment confirmation. Custom and personalised pieces add 2–3 working days for the digital-proof step — nothing prints until you approve the proof.

Delivery estimates

Metro cities: 2–4 working days after dispatch. Rest of India: 4–7 working days. Remote PIN codes and North-East states can take 7–10 days. These are courier estimates, not guarantees.

Shipping charges

Flat ₹150 per order anywhere in India. Free on orders above ₹1,499 (calculated after any discount). Cash-on-delivery orders may carry a small handling fee shown at checkout.

Tracking

You get an email with the AWB number the moment we hand the parcel over. Courier systems usually take 4–8 hours to start showing scans — a fresh AWB with no scans is normal, not lost.

Packaging

Every piece ships in foam or bubble inside a rigid box. Fragile figures get an extra internal cradle. If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, photograph it before opening — it makes the claim instant.

International
