Questions
An STL, OBJ, 3MF or STEP file is ideal. No file? Photos, a sketch or a clear description work too — we model it for you and share a render before printing.
It depends on size, material, finishing and quantity, so we price each job properly instead of guessing. Send the details on WhatsApp and you will have a firm quote, usually the same day.
Most jobs are dispatched within 2–5 working days of approval. Larger or multi-part pieces take longer, and we tell you the timeline up front.
Roughly 25 × 25 × 30 cm per part on FDM. Bigger designs are usually split and joined invisibly — mention the target size and we will advise.
Yes. Ask for a single-unit sample before committing to a bulk run.
Yes, for genuine product development work. Mention it before sending files and we will send one over.

Ask anyway. If it can't be printed we'll tell you straight, and usually suggest something that can.
