Question 1

How do I track my order?

Accepted Answer

Open My Account → Orders, pick the order and hit View details — the courier, tracking ID and latest shipment status sit on that page, with a button through to the courier’s own tracking. The same page is one tap from the link in your order email. Courier systems usually take 4–8 hours to show the first scan, so a fresh tracking ID with no movement is normal, not lost.

Question 2

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Accepted Answer

Yes, free of charge, any time before dispatch — message us on WhatsApp with your order number. Once a custom piece has entered printing it cannot be cancelled, because it cannot be resold.

Question 3

How long does a custom piece take?

Accepted Answer

Custom and personalised work adds 2–3 working days to the usual dispatch time for the digital-proof step. Nothing goes on the printer until you have approved that proof.

Question 4

Do you take bulk or corporate orders?

Accepted Answer

We do — corporate gifting, event giveaways and reseller quantities. Send us the quantity, the deadline and any branding you need, and we will come back with a quote.

Question 5

What does shipping cost?

Accepted Answer

Flat ₹150 per order anywhere in India, and free on orders above ₹1,499 (calculated after any discount). Cash-on-delivery orders may carry a small handling fee, shown at checkout before you pay.

Question 6

How long will delivery take?

Accepted Answer

In-stock items are dispatched within 24–48 hours of payment. After dispatch: 2–4 working days to metro cities, 4–7 across the rest of India, and 7–10 for remote PIN codes and the North-East. These are courier estimates, not guarantees.

Question 7

Do you ship outside India?

Accepted Answer

Not at the moment — we ship within India only. International shipping can sometimes be arranged case-by-case for bulk enquiries, so write to us if you have a large order.

Question 8

How are fragile pieces packed?

Accepted Answer

Every piece ships in foam or bubble inside a rigid box, and fragile figures get an extra internal cradle. If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, photograph it before opening — that makes the claim instant.

Question 9

What if my piece arrives damaged or faulty?

Accepted Answer

Report any print defect or transit damage within 7 days of delivery, with photos and an unboxing video. We replace the piece or refund it in full — your choice, no restocking fee. For transit damage, send photos of the outer box within 48 hours.

Question 10

Can I return something I simply changed my mind about?

Accepted Answer

Unused, unopened stock items can go back within 7 days. Return shipping is at your cost and the refund is issued once we receive and inspect the item.

Question 11

Can I return a custom or personalised piece?

Accepted Answer

Not for change of mind — a personalised piece cannot be resold. This is exactly why we send a digital proof before printing, so please check that proof carefully. Defects and damage are of course still covered.

Question 12

How long do refunds take?

Accepted Answer

Approved refunds are initiated within 48 hours. Razorpay typically credits the original payment method in 5–7 working days. COD refunds go by bank transfer to an account you provide.

Question 13

Which payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking and cash on delivery. Payments are processed by Razorpay — card and UPI details never touch our servers.

Question 14

Is GST included, and can I get a GST invoice?

Accepted Answer

Every price on the site already includes GST — nothing is added at checkout except shipping. Tick “Use GSTIN details” in your bag to add your business name and GSTIN, and the invoice will carry them.

Question 15

Is cash on delivery available?

Accepted Answer

Yes, on most PIN codes. COD may carry a small handling fee shown at checkout, and prepaid orders are eligible for instant discounts that COD orders are not.

Question 16

My payment failed but money was deducted. What now?

Accepted Answer

Failed payments are auto-reversed by the bank, usually within 3–5 working days, and no order is created. Send us the transaction reference on WhatsApp if it has not returned by then and we will chase it with Razorpay.

Question 17

Do you support dropshipping?

Accepted Answer

Yes — you list our catalogue, we print, pack and ship directly to your customer. You hold zero stock and pay nothing upfront. Tell us about your store and we will send the current partner terms.

Question 18

Will parcels carry Azoth branding?

Accepted Answer

White-label packing is available for dropshipping partners so the parcel arrives under your brand. Confirm this when you apply — it needs to be set up on your account before your first order.

Question 19

Can I get product images and descriptions?

Accepted Answer

Approved partners get our product photography, descriptions and a stock feed so listings stay accurate. The imagery stays our property and is licensed to you for selling our pieces.

Question 20

How does the affiliate program work?

Accepted Answer

You get a tracked link to share; every order placed through it earns commission of up to 12%, depending on category and volume. Creators and community pages are welcome — audience size matters less than how engaged it is.

Question 21

When do affiliates get paid?

Accepted Answer

Commission is confirmed once the order passes its 7-day return window, and payouts are made by bank transfer against your submitted details. Exact cycle and minimum payout are confirmed when your application is approved.

Question 22

Are these actually made by you?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every piece is printed, finished and packed in-house at our own studio — we are not reselling imported stock. That is also why we can offer custom work and why lead times move with the print queue.

Question 23

Are your anime figures official licensed merchandise?

Accepted Answer

No, and we do not claim to be. Fan-art pieces are inspired by characters owned by their respective rights holders; we sell them as original fan-made prints. Our own models, photography and brand are the property of Azoth.

Question 24

Will my piece look exactly like the photos?

Accepted Answer

Very close, but each print is finished by hand, so small variations in layer texture and paint are normal and are part of a made-to-order piece. Anything that is a genuine defect is covered by the 7-day cover.

Question 25

Are these safe for children?

Accepted Answer

Printed pieces are decorative collectibles, not toys for children under 3 — some have small or fine parts. Flexi toys and keychains are robust, but supervision is sensible for younger kids.
